A list of every album and single I own in CD format so far. A couple of notes:

• A lot of these are gifts from friends and family and may or may not reflect my music taste but it would be a bit unfair if I didn't include them either way LOL
• This is a work in progress because most of my discs are still in my previous house and I haven't been able to get them home just yet D-: Either way this should be a pretty complete list but there's two or three I'm missing right now and will be added in the future
• The ones with a little heart (♥) are my favorites!

I started collecting them quite recently: A lot of the discs you see here belonged to my mom (who had a sizable collection) and she only gave them to me this summer. Having access to the same collection I listened to as a kid got me really interested in the format again, and I decided to take it a little more seriously.

I'm often asked why I continue buying and listening to CDs, and while it's appropriate to emphasize the importance of maintaining and preserving the physical format, the truth is that my collection is inspired more by nostalgia and my appreciation for old devices and formats than anything else.
As for why CDs specifically, I consider them to be the most affordable and accessible option, they have a lot of sentimental value, and they're the perfect size for me to take wherever I like, all without losing audio quality. No physical audio format is easy to find, much less in my country and even less so in the small town where I live, but all in all, they're always the closest and easiest to get at a reasonable price.

To The B-52's "Good Stuff" (which is one of my favorite albums EVER) case I got from my mom that's MISSING THE DISC and I am still upset about 4 months later. Same thing happened to me with INXS "Kick" but I don't really care about that one to be honest #sorry
